We buy one good business and run it for the long term.

Hyde Park Holdings is a privately held company established in 2021, now focused on acquiring and operating one established business valued at $1 million or more. We are not a fund with a clock on it. We are an owner-operator looking for a company to grow for the next decade.

1business we intend to buy and run, not a portfolio
$1M+purchase price, with investor capital for larger deals
$300K+in annual owner earnings, with a consistent track record
5+ yrsin operation, with a team and customers that will stay
For owners

A straightforward buyer for a business you built.

Most owners sell once. We aim to make that one transaction clear, fair, and respectful of what you built.

One buyer, one decision-maker

You deal directly with the person who will run the company. No investment committee, no changing faces between the first call and closing.

A fair, financeable offer

We value businesses on real earnings and structure deals that lenders will fund, so an accepted offer is an offer that closes.

Your people and your name stay

We buy companies for their teams, their customers, and their reputation. Our plan is to keep all three, then build on them.

A note from the founder

Why one business

I spent twelve years inside large distribution companies, most recently running a $200 million book of hospital-system business for Medline: a team of about thirty, more than 12,000 products, and roughly 73 truckloads a week that had to arrive on time. I learned a lot about what makes a company durable: steady customers, a team that knows the work, and discipline about pricing, inventory, and promises kept.

Most of the businesses that run this country have fewer than fifty employees and an owner who built them over decades. When that owner is ready to step back, the business deserves a buyer who will show up every day.

That is the buyer I intend to be. I am not raising a fund, I am not assembling a roll-up, and I am not looking for a quick flip. I am looking for one well-run company in the Southeast whose owner cares what happens to it next, and I plan to run it for a long time.

If that sounds like your business, or one you represent, I would like to talk.
